Short version: humux runs on your hardware, so we never see your data. This website counts visits without cookies. Nothing is sold, ever.

humux is self-hosted. You download it, you run it, and it lives on your own hardware or on infrastructure you rent. Merola Software & Services never receives, stores or processes the data your humux instance handles — not your email, not your calendar, not your messages, not your files, not your conversations with your agents. There is no account, no sign-up, no license server, and no telemetry. The software makes no callbacks to us.
Your data leaves your machine only where you tell it to: to the LLM provider, search provider, email host, calendar server or messaging platform you configure, using your own API keys and your own accounts. Those providers are your contractual counterparties, and their privacy terms apply to what you send them. Choosing them — and choosing what your agents may touch — is entirely under your control.
humux.dev uses umami,
a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool running on our own server at
analytics.casa.merola.co. It records anonymous aggregate
statistics only: page views, referrer, rough country, browser and screen size. It sets no
cookies, builds no cross-site profile, and stores no personal data or IP addresses that
could identify you. No third-party analytics, no ad networks, no tracking pixels.
The site loads two third-party assets: Google Fonts (for typefaces) and jsDelivr (for the Alpine.js library). Those requests reach the respective CDNs and are governed by their own policies. Everything else is served from humux.dev.
If you write to [email protected], we keep the message so we can answer it and follow up. We use it for nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. In practice that is limited to email correspondence, since the analytics data is anonymous and the software sends us nothing. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. See also the terms of use and the licence.
